*******Tickets will be on sale for the 2010 Regional Tournament on Tuesday, March 16 at 9am-5pm and Wednesday, March 17 at 9am-4pm. Tickets can be purchased in the Smith gym lobby. Adults-$6 Students-$6 Tickets will be $8 at the game. There will be a $2 parking fee.

Superintendent's Message
Welcome to the Osnaburg Local School District website! Our site is designed to provide all visitors with current information about our district, its activities and accomplishments.
For the first time in district history we have received an Excellent with Distinction ranking from the Ohio Department of Education. This ranking is a testament to the efforts of everyone involved in the lives of our students. Although we have reached this level of excellence, we are committed to the continued growth of our students both in and out of the classroom. The 2009 school year promises to be one of change. We have some new faces, familiar faces in new places, and we are getting closer to the completion of our new K-12 building. Although we are constantly looking to improve, keeping the success of our students at the center of all we do will never change. So please enjoy our website and activities that are showcased.

K-12 Building Progress - March 8, 2010
Additional pictures of the building site may be found by clicking on the School Construction Gallery button on the left side of the district home page. Click on any picture to enlarge it. The High School classrooms are done now and the MS wing is almost completely done. Punchlist inspections have begun in these areas for touch-ups and any adjustments needed. Final technology will then be installed ( clocks, ceiling mounted porjectors, smartboards,etc) as well as classroom furniture when it is delivered.All of the rooms in the K-5 wing have tile and carpet flooring installed. Major installations that have begun include the installation of the flooring in the cafeteria, HS Gym bleachers installation, media center shelving and computer stations installation, and light pole installations along the entrance drive. The furniture bids and landscaping bids are in and will be awarded to the low responsible bidder. Both bids have come in under budget. Overall, the construction continues to be on time and under budget. Everything except the furniture installation, landscaping, and entrance way improvements
( depending on the weather) should be completed in March.
