Please see the information below for the level in which you want to enroll your student.  All information and forms are digital to make it easier for you to register your student here at East Canton.  The digital forms are located in a platform called Final Forms.  Please see below for more information.  There are forms you will have to complete and upload to us in your Final Forms account.  There will be a place to securely upload important identification documents as well.  Our district is extremely happy to have your family be a part of our family.  If you have any questions, please call the appropriate school, so we can answer them quickly.

Final Forms Instructions

To register a new student at East Canton Schools or complete first day forms for current students, you will need to create a parent account with Final Forms.  For new students, please have the following documents ready to upload in order to register your child: birth certificate, social security card, immunization record, proof of residence, and any situational documents that may apply such as court documents.  Your account with Final Forms is confidential and secure.  Final Forms will guide you through all of the documents you will need to register your new student or to complete first day forms.  The link in the box to the right will give you step by step instructions on how to create a parent account with Final Forms.  Once you have created a parent account, you will be able to easily add your new student, upload documents, and complete forms.  If there is a problem with registering with Final Forms or about any documentation, please contact the school.

  

First Day Forms

In an effort to reduce cost, the use of paper, and to make it easy for you, we have moved our first day forms online.  Please go to the Final Forms Registration box above to start filling out all necessary information.  Your student(s) just automatically be in your account.  If your student is not there, simply click on Add Student and enter the information.  Your student will then be pulled into your account.  When you enter an e-mail for your student, it is required that you use the school e-mail they have been issued to them.  For those with more than one student, you will need to complete the forms for each individual.  If you have any questions, please call the school.
